Product Description

Appetizers and Desserts in the same six-pack! Our two most popular Savory Appetizer Cheesecakes; The El Diablo and The Roasted Garlic, and four of our most popular dessert cheesecakes; German Chocolate, Strawberry NY, Outer Banks (Peanut Butter & Chocolate) and Blackberry/Cabernet!

(FOR FARMERS MARKET/FESTIVAL ORDERS only.... You can pick any two of our Savory Craft Spreads and any four of our Dessert Cheesecakes, just list in the comment section what flavors you want. These orders are only for pick-up at the Sunday Palisade Farmers Market.

Please bring your email confirmation order with you as proof of purchase!

'Six-Pack' orders for pick-up at a Farmer's Market will be in our cardboard holders. If these are for a gift, please check the 'Gift Box' option, there is an additional charge.


The El Diablo Savory Appetizer Cheesecake Spread:  Our #1 Savory Cheesecake takes Ghost Peppers, Habanero Peppers & Jalapeño Peppers and combines them with Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Onions, Sriracha Sauce, Herbs and Spices and tops that with an Ancho/Chipotle Pesto! Not for the timid!!  (At the tastings we do around the area, we spread a little on some Lime Tortilla Chips, the contrast of the heat of the cheesecake against the coolness of the lime chips is amazing!)

The Roasted Garlic Savory Cheesecake Spread:  We roast way too much garlic and incorporate them into a tasty Savory Cheesecake, just perfect for that special appetzer! We add cheeses, spices and herbs to make that 'special' taste and after baking top them off with a Roasted Tomato Pesto (ok, with maybe just a little more garlic!). Try spreading a little on some water crackers or pita chips!  (No vampires were harmed in the production of these cheesecakes!)

German Chocolate:  Our house-made Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust with Coconut Oil and Coconut Liquor underlies a Sour Cream / Cream Cheese Cheesecake with a semi-sweet Chocolate Glaze on the sides pressed with sliced almonds and topped with a Shredded Coconut/Brown Sugar/Pecan ganache and finished off with a tossing of toasted coconut.

Strawberry NY Style:  Always a Fan Favorite! A lightly lemon-zested cheesecake on our own Almond Biscotti Crumb crust with just a hint of Amaretto® and topped with Strawberry Glaze!

The Outer Banks:   Inspired by a recipe from Kelly’s Restaurant in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, our Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip cheesecake creation has a Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust topped with a Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache, and finished with toasted Macadamia Nuts.

Blackberry/Cabernet:We swirl a Blackberry / Cabernet puree throughout decadent cheesecake, then top the cheesecake with a chocolate ganache, and top it again with Blackberry/Cabernet sauce. This is a no-crust, gluten-free cheesecake!
