We do not have 'set' menus, as we would rather talk with you, see what your budget and your tastes are and then design a menu specific to your needs.

Sweet Italian Sausage, braised in Red Wine, with sautéed Red Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers with a Garlic/Tomato Sauce. Served with a Green Salad, & Garlic Bread

Three- Cheese Baked Penne Pasta  $8.50/$10.50 pp

Ziti Rigate, baked in a homemade Marinara Sauce, with Parmesan, Pecorino Romano and Mozzarella. Served with Italian Salad and Garlic Bread.

Fajita Bar  $8.50/$10.50 pp

Marinated Chicken and Beef Strips, with Sautéed Onions and Peppers. Served with warm tortillas, Red Rice & Beans, Sour Cream and Salsa

Taco Bar - $7.25/$9.00 pp

Seasoned Ground Beef, with diced onions, shredded lettuce, shredded Pepper Jack Cheese served with both crispy and soft taco shells and salsa.(add .75 for Refried Beans, add .75 for Spanish Rice, add $1.00 for both.

All entrees come with a Cheesecake Byte Tress with 2 varieties of Decadence Gourmet Cheesecakes cheesecake bytes, 2 pp. Other desserts available on request. Gluten-Free Cheesecake bytes also available.

Asian Chicken Salad   $3.25 pp (approx 1 cup per person)

Crunchy vegetables & diced chicken breast tossed in an Asian vinaigrette.

Chipotle Chicken Wings  $3.00 (3 pp), $5.25  (6 pp)

Chicken wings cooked in a spicy chipotle sauce

Roll-ups/Pinwheels  $2.75  (2 pp)

Choice of either Turkey, Roast Beef or Ham, rolled in a wrap and sliced on the bias.
