We Ship Frozen to Your Door via FedEx

Each six-pack is shrink-wrapped and packed frozen in a custom-made wooden crate. Your order is carefully packed in a thermal cooler with dry ice or gel-packs, and shipped via Fed Ex, ready to thaw and eat.
 
Our Shipping Guarantee

Our greatest desire is to for you to receive the freshest, most delectable cheesecakes you have ever tasted. If we fail to deliver your cheesecakes on time through no fault of yours, we will replace your order and return your money with our apology.However, we can only guarantee that your cheesecakes will arrive on time and in good shape if the shipping address you enter is complete and correct and not a Post Office box. Repeat, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check the spelling of the delivery address, and make sure that there is a designator (i.e., Street, Avenue, Place, Court, Circle, etc.). We take no responsibility for misplaced shipments due to an incomplete or incorrect address.We take great pains to ensure that your cheesecakes arrive in good shape!Your cheesecakes are frozen at –10° prior to shipping. The thermal wrap, Styrofoam shipping container and dry ice or gel packs keep your cheesecakes fresh for over 2 days. Most likely, your cheesecakes will be thawed by the time they arrive.Simply put your cheesecakes in your refrigerator (they are good up to 10-14 days) or refreeze (up to 6 months).

Our Delivery Schedule

We pay a lot of attention to the shipping schedule to ensure that your cheesecakes will arrive fresh and on time. Orders placed by Saturday at 5:00 p.m. (MST) will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday via FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air. We are willing to ship on Wednesdays, but only via FedEx Overnight.

The deadline for ordering for the 2011 Holiday Season is Saturday, December 17th 2011, with your orders going out by Tuesday, December 20, 2011.

Orders coming in after December 17th will not be shipped until Tuesday, January 10th, 2012.

Storage Information

When kept frozen, Decadence Gourmet ‘Cheesecakes in a Jar®’ have a freezer-life of four to six months. Once thawed, they have a refrigerated shelf-life of two weeks. (Though we seriously doubt that once thawed, any has ‘lived’ that long!)

Our products have been tested at The Colorado State University Food Processing Lab and at Guarantek Lab in Denver, Colorado.

Serving

There is not much in our world that cannot be improved and, yes, believe it or not, one can even try to improve our products.Some suggestions would be topping with flavor-infused whipped cream, or drizzle with some of your favorite syrups.But we still feel that our products can easily stand on their own flavor-profiles!
