Both our Full Size product line and our line of 'Cheesecakes in a Jar®' are carried by specialty gourmet stores, restaurants, pizza parlors and other fine establishments across Colorado.

One of our favorite retail success stories is Junct'n Square Pizza in Grand Junction.

When we first started in 2004, we were baking only Full Size Cheesecakes. The owner of Junct'n Square knew of our decadent cheesecakes as he was serving them in his other restaurant with great success. He knew they would be great at Junct'n Square Pizza, and they soon started carrying two flavors of our Full Size, serving slices to their customers.

The problem was that Junct'n Square Pizza really did not have that much of a dessert turn-over at the time. They often had some extra at the end of the week, which as you may guess, then turned into employee meals.

As soon as we launched our line of 'Cheesecakes in a Jar®', Junct'n Square decided to switch over to see what would happen. 

Success! Since our jars have a freezer life of up to six months and a refrigerated shelf life of up to two weeks, Junct'n Square was soon able to carry 14 varieties of cheesecake, with absolutley no waste!

It gets even better...

Not only do Junct'n Square customers enjoy these mini-desserts, they buy four times as many jars as they did slices. (Maybe it's because 'Cheesecakes in a Jar®' also make a fantasic take-out dessert!)

Bigger restaurants can easily turn over our Full Size cheesecakes as they almost sell themselves.
