Our newest Savory Cheesecake takes Ghost Peppers, Habanero Peppers & Jalapeño Peppers and combines them with Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Onions, Sriracha Sauce, Herbs and Spices and tops that with an Ancho/Chipotle Pesto! Not for the timid!!

(At the tastings we do around the area, we serve with Lime Tortilla Chips instead of unsalted crackers or Pita Points.)
