We swirl a port reduction sauce throughout the cheesecake and top the cheesecake with a double glaze of chocolate with port sauce and sour cream...along with with a port reduction sauce with currants. Why is this more expensive? We use a 1/2 bottle of port in just the poaching of the figs and then add more!!
