I loved this bacon & blue Cheese, but my concern is what are the spices & herbs. I tried
about 3 or 4 spices, herbs, but couldn't even
get close. Would like to know what they are.
I would make so much more of this in a bigger
bowl. Please help me make my bacon & blue cheese have a better flavor just like your or just to even come close. My other office colleages loved it and wantd more, but help me make it more, like for 20 to 25 people. And I told them no "DOUBLE DIPPING"! I work in a non-profit company, associated with 1 of 9 hospitals that we send our patients to. We are always munching during the day. The drug reps don't help bringing in those stupid donuts, (which I don't go near) I even had to tell them if they are gonna smooosh us, we'd like it to be more nutritional, like whole grain mufffins, salad trays, fruit, etc.... you get the picture. \
But I as asked by my co workers to email you and help with what herbs/spices you also have in this wonderful bacon & blue cheese. And to be right honest I don't like blue cheese, but was "PLEASENTLY, PLEASENTLY" surprised. Thank you.
