All of us have our favorite foods that we grew up with. Growing up on the Jersey Shore, I have always had an affinity for Salt Water Taffy from the boardwalks in Atlantic City and Ocean City and this is my tribute to Da Shore.... The Boardwalk!

We take Peanut Butter Salt Water Taffy, straight from Shriver's Salt Water Taffy & Fudge, on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ.  through some magical processes, work that into a cheesecake, baked on our Chocolate Biscotti Crumb Crust! After baking, we top that with a Chocolate Glaze with two varieties of chocolate, with just a little more of our taffy concoction, and then top that with a little more Salt Water Taffy!

Whe we did our testing, 8 out of 10 people said that it very well may be the best thing that we have ever done. The other two said that it was great, but that some stuck to the roof of their mouth... Welcome to the World of Salt Water Taffy!!
