All cheesecakes are made with cream cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, heavy or sour cream, vanilla, and salt.

Nuts

  • Our Chocolate Pecan Biscotti and Vanilla Almond Biscotti crusts are made with flour, eggs and contain the aforementioned nuts. They do contain gluten.

  • The cheesecakes containing Chocolate Pecan Biscotti crust are: Caramel Macchiato, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Irish Dream, Tiramisu, and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

  • The cheesecakes containing Vanilla Almond Biscotti are: Strawberry NY & Key Lime

  • German Chocolate has pecans in the topping.

  • Peanut Butter Chocolate contains peanut butter and has macadamia nuts in the topping.

Gluten

All cheesecakes, except the Wine-Infused and Savory cheesecakes contain gluten.

Gluten-Free Info

Our Wine-Infused and Savory cheesecakes are crust less and cornstarch is substituted for the flour, making them 100% gluten free.

  • We have reduced the amount of sugar in our cheesecakes, from the original recipes.

  • All Savory cheesecakes are sugar-free.

  • Red Velvet contains red food coloring.
