Our cheesecakes are baked in 4 oz jars and then placed into the freezer.

Please keep frozen until ready to eat!

They last about a week in the refrigerator after thawed.

Caramel Macchiato

A lightly Espresso-infused cheesecake, baked on a Chocolate Pecan Biscotti crust with just a hint of Cinnamon, finished off with a Caramel Sauce.

Red Velvet

We take all of the flavors you have come to love with the Red Velvet cupcakes and incorporate them into our latest creation, The Red Velvet Cheesecake. Baked on our Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust, we then glaze it with a Cream Cheese icing. Tasty!

Key Lime

Our version of a Florida favorite! Our own Almond Biscotti crumb crust to start, topped with a nice tart Key Lime Cheesecake and topped with Sour Cream Almond Glaze.

Blueberry Merlot (GF)

We make a puree with blueberries poached in merlot and swirl throughout the batter, then top that with a chocolate ganache, finished off with our Blueberry/Merlot sauce. Baked without a crust, these are a great GF dessert!

Savory Bacon Blue Cheese

Yes, we did say bacon! Lots of crispy bacon is processed with sautéed onions and shallots and then mixed into our cream cheese, along with blue cheese.

Good to add to baked potatoes, jalapeño poppers, bagel, steaks or burgers, or as a dip for charcuterie.

German Chocolate

Our house-made Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust with Coconut Oil, Coconut Liquor and sliced almonds underlies a Sour Cream and Cream Cheese Cheesecake, with a semi-sweet Chocolate Glaze and topped with a Shredded Coconut/Brown Sugar/Pecan ganache and finished off with a tossing of toasted coconut.

Peanut Butter Chocolate

Our Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip cheesecake creation has Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust glazed with Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache, and topped with toasted Macadamia Nuts.

Strawberry New York

Always a Fan Favorite! A lightly lemon-zested cheesecake on our own Almond Biscotti Crumb crust with just a hint of Amaretto® and topped with Strawberry Glaze!

Tiramisu

We will our homemade Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Kahlua® Crumb Crust with a rich Mascarpone/Cream Cheese/Kahlua® cheesecake, then top it with a Mascarpone/Kahlua® glaze infused with powdered Espresso, Ladyfingers, and grated semi-sweet chocolate.

Cinnamon Roll

Starting with a Cinnamon Roll Biscotti Batter Crust, we build a Cinnamon-Infused Cheesecake and bake it off, finishing it with a Whipped Cream Cheese topping and dusted with more Cinnamon.

Raspberry Viognier (GF)

We poach raspberries in Viognier from Whitewater Hill Vineyards and incorporate that into our classic cheesecake filling. After baking, it is topped with viognier-macerated raspberries.This is a no-crust, GF cheesecake!

Savory Horseradish

Horseradish and cream cheese do work well together! In this simple savory spread, we add horseradish and sharp cheddar into our cream cheese mixture.

Good to add to steak, Bloody Mary’s, and deviled eggs.

Irish Dream

Imagine the taste of White Chocolate combined with Irish Cream liquor, baked in a cheesecake which sits on our own Chocolate Pecan Biscotti Crumb Crust. And if that is not enough, we top it off with a semi-sweet Chocolate Ganache, with just a little more Irish Liquor!

Blackberry Cabernet (GF)

We swirl Blackberry/Cabernet puree throughout decadent cheesecake, then top the cheesecake with a chocolate ganacge and top it again with Blackberry/Cab saice. This is a no-crust, GF cheesecake!

Savory Roasted Garlic Spread

This no-sugar-added, savory cream cheese spread in which we add roasted and pureed garlic cloves to cream cheese, and add savory flavors, such as basil, tomato, and parmesan cheese. A fan favorite!

Good to add to pasta, burgers, steaks on the grill, breads, or as a dip for charcuterie.
